The amount of dog mess on pavements is unbelievable! Not the fault of the council of course however I do feel that stricter measures are needed against those irresponsible dog owners who are too lazy and bone idle to clean up after their dogs. Neither me nor my children should have to dodge endless amounts of dog mess on our short walk to school.
